FRANCESCA CAPETTA

Francesca Capetta is the Founder and CEO of the Caravan of Angels Foundation. She is an awarded Musical Theater and Jazz performer, who has appeared in major theaters in New York (Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Birdland and Off-Broadway), and in solo shows and concerts in Paris, Italy, Canada and Hong Kong.

With a degree in Economics and one in Musical Theater, Francesca founded the Caravan of Angels with the goal of bringing happiness and company to elderly people in nursing homes and to children in hospitals, with shows performed by professional musicians and singers in New York City and Italy.

URSULA POOLE
Ursula Poole, a native New Yorker, is the Director of Outreach at The Caravan of Angels Foundation. She holds a J.D. and Ph.D. in Classical literature. Her academic interests include end-of-life care, the sociology of aging and illness, and clinical ethics. She volunteers as a companion for elderly persons who suffer from dementia, having seen firsthand how memory loss can impact the individual, family, and communities. She is also a devoted patron of the arts and attendee of musical and dance performance, from contemporary arrangements to classical opera. The Caravan of Angels Foundation, which brings the joy of music to those whose access is limited, is thus a cause whose mission aligns with her core values and one she is honored to support.
ANNALISA CONTI
Annalisa Conti, born in Milan, is a Director of Corporate Finance at Pfizer Pharmaceutical in New York City. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering and a Master of Science in Space Engineering. With a strong passion for Broadway and theater, she is also a writer of women’s fiction and the President of the Alumni Association of the North American branch of Polytechnic University of Milan.
ELISABETTA CALELLO
Lisa came to the United States with her family at a very young age from the Italian region of Calabria. She has been working at the Consulate General of Italy in New York City for more than 40 years. Lisa is the priceless link between the Italian-American community and the Italian Consulate.
CAV. JOSEPHINE A. MAIETTA
Josephine, born in Sicily, is a distinguished educator and community activist for Italian language and culture and for Americans of Italian descent in New York City. She has been nominated “Cavaliere del Lavoro”, Knight for Service to Industry by the former President of the Italian Republic, Carlo Azeglio Ciampi. She is the president of the Association AIAE, Association of Italian American Educators and also the host of WRHU 88.7’s “Sabato Italiano” radio program.
KT SULLIVAN
KT Sullivan, born in Oklahoma, is a Broadway actress and singer. She starred in the Broadway revival of Gentlemen Prefer Blonde, Three Penny Opera and Broadway Kate. Broadly covered by The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and The New York Post, she regularly appears at Birdland, The Laurie Beechman Theater, 54 Below, Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, The Kennedy Center. She was the star vocalist on two tours of China with The Manhattan Symphonie, and she has been the artistic director of The Mabel Mercer Foundation since 2012.
NEIL ALUMKAL
Prior to forming Stuntman PR, Neil Alumkal was Partner and one of the early founding members of 5W Public Relations, one of the top 15 largest public relations agencies in the country and the fastest growing agency in the country for three consecutive years. With over 15 years of PR experience, he has been responsible for creating and implementing communications plans for a myriad of consumer brands including Barnes & Noble, Evian Natural Spring Water, Whole Foods, Hyatt Hotels, the Ice Rink at Rockefeller Center. Winner of the Golden Bell public relations award, his media campaigns were ranked as one of the “Top 10 Successful Marketing Stunts” by Entrepreneur magazine. Neil graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in film and video.
